Creamy Cornmeal Cake Recipe

Was it you who asked for a step-by-step creamy cornmeal cake recipe? This is one of my favorite cakes and it always works: just mix everything in a blender, take it to bake and it's ready! Ingredients for making creamy cornmeal cake step by step:

 5 eggs

 4 cups of milk (960 milliliters)

 3 cups of sugar (480 grams)

 2 tablespoons of wheat flour

 1½ cups of cornmeal (180 grams)

 2 tablespoons of margarine

 100 grams of grated cheese

 1 tablespoon of baking powder

How to make creamy cornmeal cake step by step:

Put all the ingredients in the blender jar and blend well until you get a smooth cream and no lumps.

Then pour the dough into a greased mold and sprinkled with sugar or wheat flour. Bake in a preheated medium (180°C) oven for 40 minutes.
